Overview
Taste at First Glance is an independently published book on Food Presentation Guide. Designed as an instructional guide, the objective of this book is to instruct the reader on the art of food plating by breaking down the fundamental principles of design and its application. This was achieved through use of typographic art in combination with a series of pictograms, visual formulas and images of food styling. Publication is currently in use by George Brown College, in the culinary arts program.
